Printed & Slogan Tees
The return of the slogan tee is here, with most taking form in a feminist variety as seen at Christian Dior and Stella McCartney. You can never go wrong with a printed tee whether its to make a you want a political statement or just super sassy ,try tucking into a maxi skirt and wearing with plenty of eyeliner or just with a pair of ripped jeans and some trainers.

The Edit:

50 Shades of Yellow
Ok so maybe the Fifty Shades of Grey reference is a bit cheesy we can assure you there is nothing cheesy about yellow fever. Yellow has become the it colour this season. From lemon to fluorescent. Yellow is often seen as daring and difficult to pull off but this season there is an option available for all skin tones, making it possible for everyone to look amazing in this cheery colour.

Corset Belts
Corsets were seen all over the SS17 runways, worn on the Fashion Week streets by editors and attendees, and have become a beloved celebrity styling trick. Corsets can be layered over everything from dresses, t-shirts, sweaters and pants., and are the perfect statement accessory adding an edge to any outfit. Celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner are loving this waist cinching style, making it a must have for Spring/Summer 2017 Season.

The Edit:

Sheer Beauty
The sheer trend isn’t going anywhere, but at least designers are taking everyone’s comfort level into consideration for spring. On the runway, see-through overlays ranged from the mild to transparent layers at Coach and DKNY over teeny-tiny briefs, with a lot of sheer pieces including floral brocade. Bigger proved better when it came to the scale of dresses, with the introduction of layers and layers of tulle and chiffon.

The Edit:

Stripes
Unsurprisingly tripes are back in again, and are one of the major trends of the season and we can see why.Stripes were all over the SS17 catwalks in every beautiful form you could imagine.Bold, bright, and brilliantly textured. This seasons stripes are a burst of energy in a sea of classic Bretons, they came in all shades of the rainbow this season.

The Edit:

Florals
"Florals? For spring? Groundbreaking," recites every person who has watched the iconic film The Devil Wears Prada. Florals are just one of those trends that never seem to go out of fashion .They reappear year after year just in different variations.Floral prints tend to be slightly kitsch, however the season’s florals felt fresh in their unabashed femininity, blooming up and down long, tiered skirts, ruffled jumpsuits, and voluminous sleeves. This year a more 70's approach towards florals was seen on the catwalks of designers like Givenchy, Prada and Miu Miu.
